Asso. Design Director – AAA – UK

Large AAA studio working on a very exciting AAA console project are looking for an Associate Design Director to join the team. Ideally we are looking for a candidate who has worked on a similar AAA title which has already shipped. Strong experience leading teams and excellent people skills are essential for this role.

This role will involve:

• Giving direction to the design team

• Working closely with other creative leadership teams

• Maintaining high standard of work in the design department

• Mentoring design leads
