CRM and Digital Marketing Manager

My client is a gaming publisher company, part of a bigger gaming group, that works with exciting and forward-thinking titles and projects, modern projects, is looking for a CRM and Digital Marketing Manager to define the strategy and be part of a huge new project that is coming up.

As the new CRM and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be developing the related marketing platforms and capabilities, as well as defining and implementing customer acquisition strategies, working closely with the Global Brand and Marketing team to deliver value through the execution of high-quality websites and direct marketing campaigns.

The role:

– Develop an ongoing CRM and Digital Marketing strategy for the company and the titles.

– Work closely with Brand and Marketing to ensure all communication is on brand and on message

– Work with Brand and Product development to implement appropriate in-game benefits and incentives for loyal customers.

– Take the lead role in developing online marketing touchpoints and create the best-practice knowledge base, setting processes for ongoing development.

– Work with IT and Product development to build a robust integration of CRM platform cross multiple touchpoints.

– Manage all CRM and website budgets, ensuring all costs are properly planned and accounted for

– Define a long-term strategy for CRM program in a rapidly evolving market


– 3 years of experience as CRM manager, or 5 years of progressive experience

– Demonstrable experience in website production and digital marketing

– Experience in gaming industry is preferred, interest in videogames is a must

– Big plus coming from a background that involves subscription services/modalities

Location: Reading (Hybrid modality: 3 days in/ 2 days out)

Salary: up to £60k
