Digital Marketing Manager – Hybrid

My client is a well-established games publisher based in the South UK and is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager.

 The successful applicant would be responsible for the development of CRM capabilities, Digital Marketing strategies across the entire portfolio, as well as taking the lead on the website development per product.

 As the new Digital Marketing Manager, you would be in charge of defining and implementing customer acquisition strategies, managing the customer database, establishing clear kpi’s and metrics that demonstrate what success looks like, working closely with the Global Brand and Marketing teams to deliver value, and direct marketing campaigns on a product and brand level.

The role

 •Develop an ongoing CRM and Digital Marketing strategy for the brand and titles, to encourage player retention and strategies.  

•Manage direct marketing initiatives, delivering best-in-class campaigns, results and reporting.  

•Ensure CRM, web and email tools add value to the company, through cost-effective marketing initiatives, consumer insight and customer service.  

•Create a best-practice knowledge base and set processes for ongoing development of marketing touchpoints (brand and product website and apps).  

•Manage all website and CRM budgets, ensuring all costs are properly planned and accounted for.

 You  

•Extensive knowledge and experience in CRM/Digital Marketing, as well as website production and direct marketing.

•Solid understanding of platforms and technology required to fulfil the role.  

•Educated to a graduate level or professional equivalent  

•Experience in the gaming industry preferred: a passion for videogames is a MUST

Hybrid working available (2 or 3 days in the office)
