Head of Game Analytics and User Research
A highly famous gaming studio who are home to some fantastic franchises have opened a great new title to be the head of there game analytics and UX research.
The company both develops and publishes games for PC , Console and mobile platforms so they are highly prestigious gaming companies. They also have a mix of there own IP and do plenty of third-party publishing.
Role
• Drive the overall strategy of the data analytics and UX research to serve our current and future games as well as our business goals.
• Translate business needs to technical requirements, game KPIs, and playtests, and work with development teams to ensure correct implementation and tracking.
• Evangelise data-driven approaches to the development teams and promote potential future uses of telemetry and UX research.
• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing UX researchers, data scientists and analysts
You
• Deep experience in the gaming sector
• Understanding of gaming numbers and development from mobile to AAA
• Multiple years of experience in building and leading teams to their full potential
• Knowledgeable in analytics and cloud technologies (GCP, AWS)
• Experienced in the uses and applications of qualitative data
Location – Munich, Germany or potentially full remote
