Lead Graphics Engineer

Responsibilities:

•Work closely with artists and programmers to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into the game.

•Take part in playtests and gather feedback from players to drive data-driven design choices.

•Participate in the development and balancing of game mechanics, progression systems, and in-game economies.

•Work together with a skilled group of individuals to create and execute innovative gaming mechanisms and systems.

Requirements:

•A strong portfolio highlighting your experience of working on earlier AAA games.

•A deep passion for gaming and a keen understanding of creating extraordinary player experiences.

•Expertise in industry- standard game development tools and software.
