LEAD LIGHTING ARTIST – AAA – HYBRID, UK

We are currently working with a trailblazing force in the gaming industry, renowned for developing captivating and immersive gaming experiences. They are looking for an exceptionally skilled Lead/Senior Lighting Artist to play a key role in the development of our ‘AAA’ free-to-play title. You will collaborate with the Art Director to realise and enhance the artistic vision of the project, as well as enhance the emotional tone and depth of our world through lighting.

Requirements:

• Proven lighting experience in the gaming industry

• Experienced in managing and coaching teams

• A deep understanding of lighting theory

• Experience with 3D packages and assets

• Experience with lighting within Unreal 4 and 5

• The ability to convey mood, tone, and emotion through lighting
