LEAD LIGHTING ARTIST – AAA – HYBRID, UK

We are working with a leading force in the gaming industry. They’re known for creating immersive and captivating gaming experiences and are currently seeking a skilled Lead/Senior Lighting Artist to join their team. As part of this role, you’ll work closely with the Art Director to bring the project’s artistic vision to life and enhance the emotional depth of the game through lighting.

To be considered for this position, you’ll need to have proven experience in lighting within the gaming industry, as well as experience managing and coaching teams. You should also have a deep understanding of lighting theory and be familiar with 3D packages and assets, as well as lighting within Unreal 4 and 5. The ability to convey mood, tone, and emotion through lighting is also a must.
