Lead UI Programmer – 85K GBP – Remote UK/EU

Are you an experienced Lead with solid UI Programming under your belt and ready to take on your next challenge? We are searching for a Lead UI Programmer to join a renowned team that is supported by the best names in the business and develops successful games! 🎮

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of experienced programmers, coaching senior team members to excel and providing constructive feedback to enhance their performance.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams of programmers, designers, and artists to align UI development with overall game objectives.

• Develop large UI features, utilizing your expertise to enhance the usability and accessibility of live products and shape the user experience of products in development.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in UI design and technology, applying innovative solutions to create compelling user interfaces.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI programming, demonstrating proficiency in UI design and implementation.

• 1+ years of experience leading a team of programmers, with a proven ability to inspire and guide team members effectively.

• UE4 and UMG experience.

• Strong programming skills in C++.

This role can be fully remote anywhere in the UK and EU. Visa support and relocation available for those who want to work on-site.
