We’re looking for an experienced and talented Character Artist to join a well-established and highly successful UK based studio.
The studio we have the pleasure of working with is a fantastic UK studio with over 20 years of industry experience. Having developed a wide range of projects, they’ve had the chance to release numerous successful titles and they’re now working on multiple new ones!
As Principal Character Artist, you’ll be creating amazing characters who will have a great balance between design and functionality. You’ll be working with the Art Director and Leads to ensure the quality meets the visual standards, as well as collaborating with other teams (Anim and Tech Art) to ensure functionality in game.
This role is based in the UK, so relocation is required. Sponsorship for visas can be arranged, as well as potential discussions on hybrid/remote working within the UK.
The ideal candidate will have:
– A vast portfolio which shows examples of hard-surface modelling
– Great understanding of Zbrush, Mudbox, 3Ds Max or Maya
– Mastery of human form, proportions, and anatomy
