Senior Multiplayer Engineer – Europe/Remote – 70k Euros
DatascopeMy client is looking for a Senior Multiplayer Engineer to join their AAA studio to work on a AAA action RPG project. The salary on offer is up to 70k euros depending on the candidate + benefits. The role can offer full remote working opportunities.
The client is looking for an individual to bring a fresh take of multiplayer/online solutions for games. You will be working on high to low level systems in C++. You will also be expected to do R&D of new technologies within games. Also, you will have understanding of different types of game engine systems. Lastly, you will be working on framework for gameplay systems.
The ideal candidate we are looking for would ideally have experience in a similar position and harbour some of the following skills.
- Several years’ experience working with C++
- Worked/published at least 1 title on PC/Console
- Good understanding of Network infrastructure/optimisation
- Clear and high quality code
- Experience with cloud service technology
