Join the team as a Senior Producer for one of our vital AAA IPs. This role is based in London, offering hybrid work options. As the Senior Producer, you will collaborate closely with the production team to oversee the game’s development and achieve business, timescale, and budget goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage the development process, fostering strong relationships with partner studios and internal stakeholders.
Schedule, supervise, and document production plans and processes.
Deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations throughout the development cycle.
Collaborate with usability testing teams to measure and improve the quality of key features.
Conduct regular mid-mortems and a final post-mortem, sharing insights with the wider team.
Build project budgets and negotiate costs with external suppliers.
Stay up to date with market trends and customer requirements in international gaming markets.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of producing successful, high-quality video games with significant financial impact.
In-depth knowledge of game production methodologies, pipelines, and technical requirements.
Strong ability to draft project briefs, content specifications, and process documents.
Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver game developments on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Passionate, committed, and energetic, with a sense of ownership and urgency.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity and articulation.
Process-oriented mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve existing processes.
